EMILY TRAN-NGUYEN, OD

Dr. Tran-Nguyen was born in Vietnam and raised in Sugarland, Texas. She graduated from Houston Baptist University and received her bachelor of biology and chemistry in three years. She was on the University Deans list numerous times during her undergraduate studies at HBU. She attended the University of Houston College of Optometry where she received her Doctorate degree in May 1993. Dr. Emily Tran-Nguyen completed her clinical externship in emergency ocular care, post-operative care, contact lenses, geriatrics and primary eye care at Keesler and Kirkland Air Force Bases. She is board certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease and glaucoma and has attended numerous post graduate courses in laser vision correction. She is experienced in contact lens fitting such as bifocal contacts, CRT (Corneal Reshaping Therapy) contacts and all specialty contact lenses.

Since completion of her optometry degree, she started her practice in Victoria. Over the past 17 years, Dr. Tran-Nguyen has committed to serving her patients with the best vision care and treating every patient like family. She is proud to have served patients and their referral families with the state-of-the-art equipments and the best vision care over the years.
